Pull contract deadlines into a closing calendar

Read a signed purchase agreement and list every deadline (earnest money, inspection, appraisal, financing, closing) with dates.

The problem

Each purchase agreement has its own set of deadlines, counted from different dates and sometimes changed by addenda. Tracking them by hand across a dozen active deals is how an inspection or financing deadline slips past.

Step by step

1. 1Use a business AI account that does not train on your data (ChatGPT Team or Enterprise, Claude for Work, or Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant) since contracts contain client information.
2. 2Upload the fully executed contract and all addenda.
3. 3Ask for every deadline with the contract section it came from, how it is counted (calendar or business days) and the actual calendar date based on the binding agreement date.
4. 4Check each date against the contract yourself; AI can misread counting rules.
5. 5Put the confirmed deadlines on a shared Google Calendar or your transaction management system with reminders 2 days ahead, and send the parties a timeline summary.
